TEOS Controller Surveillance & Data Acquisition System...

TEOS Scada 15 is the INTERNET version of the TEOS Controller Surveillance and Data Acquisition System (SCADA), which was developed to run on the Windows operating system as a result of Mikrosay's combined experience of over ten years of industrial automation and information technologies. With its diversity, the intense interest of system houses, integrators, machine manufacturers and end users leads to new versions.

TEOS works in applications such as cement, aluminum, food, chemistry, metal, feed, rubber process automation, plastic extrusion, wire wrapping machine automation, waste water treatment, natural gas scada system from New Zealand to Mexico.

 

İŞDEMİR DESULFURIZATION I and II
The system also works on Desulfurization I and II. It is used to reduce the amount of sulfur in the liquid peak material produced in blast furnaces with Magnesium. The system can operate automatically and with operator control. In addition, analysis information comes to the system from the Laboratory unit with the help of TCP/IP, and Mg to be blown according to this analysis information. Aspiration units in the system are also controlled from the same screen.

FIBER GLASS ASPIRATION SYSTEM

The system also works on Desulfurization I and II. It is used to reduce the amount of sulfur in the liquid peak material produced in Blast Furnaces with Magnesium. The system can operate automatically and with operator control. In addition, analysis information comes to the system from the Laboratory unit with the help of TCP/IP, and Mg to be blown according to this analysis information. Aspiration units in the system are also controlled from the same screen.

BOTAŞ STATION MONITORING SCADA

Mimic diagram, alarm information and partial control of the system are also performed at BOTAŞ Pressure Reducing Stations, Kemalpaşa Akenerji Power Plant, Çanakkale Dardanel Önentaş Factory and Scada working at Pera Ceramic Factory. Alarms that occur in the system immediately warn the operator, and the operator can access reports or trends at any time.

PLASTAY CHEMICAL A.S.

Scada provides measuring the amount of chemical substance in a total of 15 chemical tanks, displaying the formulas according to the types of these chemical substances and their net weight on the screen, and generating reports about the tanks.

CANKIRI ORGANIZED INDUSTRIAL ZONE TREATMENT PLANT

It is ensured that the information of the "Waste Water Treatment Plant" of Çankırı Organize is displayed on the mimic diagram and the system works locally - remotely.

BOZKAYA READY-CONCRETE PLANT

Ready-mixed concrete is produced with the help of the prescriptions created by the operator. It is reported automatically in the system that the ready-mixed concrete is sent to which company, by whom it was prepared and by which driver.
